1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Morocco Horse Back for your horseback riding adventures. By making a reservation with us, you agree to these Reservation Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Process

• To make a reservation, you must provide us with the necessary information, including your name, contact details, and preferred dates for the service.
• Reservations can be made through our website, via email, or by phone.
• A confirmation will be sent to you once your reservation is successfully processed.

3. Payment

• A deposit of  30%  of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid  7 days before the scheduled service.
• To confirm your booking, we require a 30% payment online. The remaining balance will be paid in cash when we meet you at the scheduled time.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
• Cancellations made  14 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within, 14 days of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• In the case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances  illness, weather conditions, we will offer you an alternative date or service.

5. Changes to Your Reservation

• If you need to modify your reservation  date, number of participants, please contact us at least  7 days before the scheduled service.
• We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

6. Participant Requirements

• All participants must be at least  18 years old to participate in horseback riding activities. Those under  18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Participants should disclose any medical conditions or concerns that may affect their ability to participate in horseback riding.

7. Liability and Insurance

• While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, horseback riding involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk.
• We recommend that all participants have appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential injuries or cancellations.

8. Code of Conduct

• We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards our staff, horses, and other guests. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in termination of the service without refund.

9. Governing Law

• These Reservation Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from reservations will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
